This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how we may collect, use and disclose the personal information we collect from or about you in the context of your relationship with us; the choices you have regarding our use of your personal information and how to contact us regarding our privacy practices. This Notice covers the personal information we collect from you or about you including when you use the website where this Privacy Notice is posted (the “Site”), purchase products from us, call us or otherwise provide your personal information to us.
This Privacy Notice describes: what information we collect from users when they visit the Site; how such information is used and stored; when such information may be disclosed to other parties; and how such information is protected.
As used in this Privacy Notice, the term “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

Information You Voluntarily Provide:
We collect information from visitors when they contact us with questions and comments or exercise their rights with regard to their personal information. We may also collect information contained in your communications to us.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect, and we may have collected during the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information set forth below. The personal information we collect from or about you depends on how you interact with us and our services.
- Identifiers, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. We may provide this information to Businses Partners.
- Commercial information, such as records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
- Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as computer operating system; IP address; web browser; information regarding the Internet service provider; and other standard server log information (“Technical Information”). We may provide this information to Business Partners.
- Non-precise geolocation data. Your approximate device location based on IP address. We may provide this information to Business Partners.
We may provide the categories of information above to Service Providers; Business Partners; corporate affiliates, legal counsel, auditors and consultants; governmental authorities; law enforcement and other third parties for legal or compliance purposes; and third parties you authorize.

We use cookies or similar technologies (collectively referred to as “Tracking Technologies”) on the Site. Google Analytics: Our website uses Google Analytics to help us analyze how users use the website and target users with appropriate advertisements. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google. Read about Google’s privacy practices.
Browser Signals
Some web browsers have “Do Not Track” or similar features that allow visitors to tell each website they visit that they do not want their activities on that website tracked. There is no uniform standard for implementing and recognizing “Do Not Track” signals. For that reason, at present, our websites do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
We may disclose your information to third parties for the purposes described below.
Legal Compliance and Safety: We may access, preserve, and/or disclose the information we collect and/or content you provide to us to a law enforcement agency or other third parties if required to do so by law or with a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with laws or legal process; (ii) limit our legal liability; (iii) enforce the Site’s Terms of Service; (iv) respond to claims that the content violates the rights of third parties; (v) respond to your requests for customer service; or (vi) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the owners of the Site, any user of the Site, a third party or the general public.
Service Providers: Information collected through the Site may be transferred or disclosed to third-party providers engaged by us to handle and deliver certain activities, such as technical and processing functions, sending postal mail and email (if you have provided your contact information to us previously), maintaining data integrity and security, programming operations, user services or technology services. We may provide these third parties information collected as needed to perform their functions, but they are prohibited from using it for other purposes and are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
Business Partners: We may disclose the information we collect to business partners, including our corporate affiliates, and advertising partners in order to provide you with products and services that are tailored to your interests.
Co-Branded Sites: If the Site offers co-branded services and features, such as promotions that we put together with another company or a corporate affiliate (“Co-Branded Partner”), we may share information with our Co-Branded Partner.
Business Transfer: In the event that assets relating to the Site are transferred or sold to another entity as a result of, for example, a corporate sale, merger, consolidation, asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, information collected at the Site may be transferred to the acquiring company.
With Your Consent: We may otherwise disclose your information pursuant to your consent.
FINANCIAL INCENTIVES
We may offer financial incentives to consumers in exchange for sharing certain personal information with us. Participation and the rewards offered as incentives are set out within each program. Our good-faith estimate of the value of your information is the value of the benefit we offer to you. We calculate that value by using the expense to us of operating the program related to the benefit obtained by our running of the program. You can opt-in by signing up for the incentive when it is offered to you. Participation is always optional, and you can opt-out of participating at any time as explained in the applicable program terms. SECURITY, STORAGE AND RETENTION OF INFORMATION
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to help ensure that information collected is secure. However, as with most Internet sites and services, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, despite our efforts. Information collected at the Site will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, or to otherwise meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.
COLLECTION OF DATA FROM CHILDREN
Our Site is not directed to children under 18 years of age. Bazooka does not knowingly collect any personal information of children under 18 years of age through this Site. If you believe a child under 18 years of age has provided us with personal information through this Site, contact us at privacypolicy@bazooka-inc.com with a brief description of your concern.

We update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will, at a minimum, post the updated Privacy Notice here. We encourage you to periodically check this Privacy Notice for any updates.
ADDITIONAL CALIFORNIA PRIVACY DISCLOSURES
Residents of California have certain rights with respect to their personal information (sometimes referred to as personal data) under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, some of our disclosures to third parties may be considered a share or sale under California law. We have sold or shared the following categories of personal information with targeted advertising service providers and partners: Internet or other electronic network activity information, Identifiers, and Non-precise geolocation. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 18. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right to Know and Access. You have a right to request that we disclose, no more than twice in a 12-month period:
- The categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- The categories and sources from which personal information is collected.
- The business or commercial purposes for collecting or selling personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.
- The categories of personal information about you that we sold or disclosed for a business purpose.

Exercising Your California Rights
To exercise any of the state rights above, please submit a request to us by either by calling us at 1-844-583-1878 or by emailing us at privacypolicy@bazooka-inc.com.
You can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable law.
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
ADDITIONAL STATE PRIVACY DISCLOSURES
These Disclosures supplement the information contained in the Privacy Notice. These Disclosures apply only to residents of Nebraska and Texas.
Consumer Privacy Rights
You may have the following rights, subject to any applicable exemptions or limitations:

- Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
- Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete your personal information under specific circumstances.

- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Your Personal Information. You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information.
- Right to Equal Service. If you choose to exercise any of these rights, we will not discriminate against you in any way. If you exercise certain rights, understand that you may be unable to use or access certain features of our websites, services, or properties.
- Right to Appeal. If we do not grant your consumer request, you may have the right to appeal that denial.
